Nauss Brothers Limited supply and install Caterpillar® Low and Medium pressure hose and couplings.

Caterpillar® offers three low and medium pressure hose types:

• 1.716 (one-wire braid)
• 2.294 (two-wire braid)
• 3.844 (hydraulic suction)

Each is designed and manufactured by Caterpillar® to work as a system with Caterpillar® couplings to meet the needs of Cat equipment, and provide longer life and lower operating costs in a variety of applications.

Exceed SAE Standards

The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) has developed standards to classify hose. These standards insure rating, impulse performance, change in length, and resistance to hot and cold temperatures. Caterpillar® 716,294 and 844 hose exceed SAE requirements for 100R1, 100R2, and 100R4 hose, respectively. (Cat 716 and 294 hose also meet DIN 20022 1Sn and DIN 200022 2SN requirements.)
